Yuanming powder is the common name of anhydrous sodium sulfate with a content of more than 99% and a large mesh. It is an inorganic sulfate compound. The decahydrate is commonly known as Glauber's salt. Anhydrous sodium sulfate is easily soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is weakly alkaline; usually white powder or colorless crystals in appearance, odorless, slightly bitter taste, easy to absorb water deliquescent in the air, widely used in glass manufacturing, chemicals, textiles , Papermaking, metallurgy, medical treatment, chemical analysis, breeding and other industries.
Classification
First-grade product (above 99.2%): mainly used in printing and dyeing, glass manufacturing, various fillers, synthetic detergents, vinylon, etc.
The other is a by-product, with a content of about 90-97%. It is white and has false agglomeration, but it is easily broken and has no chloride ion. It is more suitable for cement grinding aids.

The 28-day strength sometimes increases, sometimes decreases, and the increase rate is about 10%, depending on the type of cement and curing conditions. And its content varies. It is also used as a filler for synthetic detergents, as well as in the paper industry, glass industry, chemical industry, textile industry and pharmaceutical industry. 9. Production Process
1. Beach field method. In summer, salt water containing sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride and other ingredients is poured into the beach field. After evaporation in the sun, coarse Glauber's salt is precipitated in winter. Advantages: simple process and low energy consumption. Disadvantages: easy to mix in impurities.
2. Mechanical freezing method, using mechanical equipment to heat and evaporate the raw material liquid and then freeze to -5~-10℃ to precipitate Glauber's salt. Advantages: not affected by the season, high purity. Disadvantages: high energy consumption.
3. Comprehensive utilization method of salt lake. The beach field method and mechanical freezing method are suitable for processing seawater type brine with Na, Mg, Cl, and SO4 as the main components, and various other Glauberite. Because the solubility of sodium sulfate decreases sharply at low temperatures, crude Glauber's salt can be separated from brine according to the phase equilibrium relationship of the water-salt system.
